You'd Better Shape Up

This week's Sunday Challenge over at Dottie's World was set by Louise.

You might have spotted that I'm a bit addicted to making shaped cards so I've decided to go with what I love and challenge you all to make a shaped card using one of the Charmed digi stamps. When I say shaped I mean it can be any shape except the usual square or rectangle.

The design team came up with some beautiful cards as always, if you haven't seen them yet nip over for a peek.
My card was really my DH's idea, I wanted to make a Madison card but he thought Dottie would be better for his egg card creation, Lol. This is what we (I)came up with.
BTW I had a bit of an oops! moment here, I forgot to weld my grass to the egg shape for the base in the beginning. Oval cards don't stand up they just roll!!!

I mainly used oddments of glittercard and papers for the flowers cut with my cuttlebug. The grass and outer shell are Bazzill cardstock cut on my robo. Dottie is from the Bumper christmas selection download over at Charmed cards and crafts and she was coloured with Copic markers. You might notice i'm still a bit heavy handed with the copics but i'm sure I will get the hang of it eventually.
